With over two decades of dedicated experience in the field of neurology, I, Catherine Kamau, APRN-DNP, bring a wealth of expertise to the Sleep Wellness course. My journey began in the Neurology ICU at Medical City Dallas, leading me to specialize as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner in Epilepsy and ultimately achieve a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree. Throughout my career, my primary focus has been to empower those diagnosed with epilepsy to lead fulfilling lives, offering insight into managing complex conditions and optimizing overall wellbeing.

As an educator, my approach to teaching is deeply rooted in this commitment to patient wellness.
